smart hub
Just received a smart hub but don't know the purpose of it. Is it supposed to replace my router or work in conjunction with it?
so do i disconnect my router and connect the smart hub?

- Yes it is. Router works fine. We got new mobile phones and Telus sent me this smart hub.

Ahh, gotcha. We'd have to check your account to be certain, but do you know if you're currently on copper run ADSL or fibre?
- All copper in the house, standard phone line as far as I know. Please be my guest and check my account but I would like that conversation to take place on my private email
