Official Support TeamHi EJF - does the thermostat just shut down and stays off, or is it in a reboot cycle?
- Not sure what you mean. It stops working. I call Support and they reset it after I swear that I changed the batteries! Then after being on hold for an hour, they blame my AC or furnace.

Understandably frustrating. When you've spoken with our team and had them reset it, was it working or did that not resolve the issue at all?
- Who knows? We ended up getting a new AC unit. I still think the thermostat is partially to blame.
