Sharp Aquos LC-70C6400U Not Completing HDMI Handshake with Telus Optik Box

Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me out. I have a Sharp Aquos LC-70C6400U TV that’s having major issues establishing an HDMI handshake with my Telus Optik TV box. Sometimes it connects fine and everything works normally, but other times it just gets stuck showing the Telus logo repeatedly — restarting over and over for up to 30 minutes before it finally loads. Other times, nothing ever starts up at all, and I’ll leave it for hours with no signal. Right now, the situation is even worse: the Telus logo doesn’t appear at all, and my TV input screen doesn’t even detect anything connected via HDMI. I’ve tried different cables and ports, but the problem keeps coming back. Has anyone else had this issue with older Sharp Aquos models or found a reliable fix for this HDMI handshake problem?
