    Hi there, thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you've done a lot of the right steps already. When using the Technicolor NH20T in bridge mode, it will hand off the WAN IP directly to your Deco X50 Pro, meaning:

    • Port forwarding must be done solely on your Deco X50 Pro, not on the NH20T.
    • Since the NH20T is in bridge mode, it no longer manages LAN devices or routing functions, which is why you don't see the Deco listed when connecting via Port 1.

    A couple of things to check:

    1. Confirm your Deco has the public IP — in the Deco app, check under Internet > IP address. It should show a public IP (not 192.x.x.x or 10.x.x.x).
    2. Double-check your port forwarding rules — ensure they match the internal static IP of the homelab device and the correct ports/protocols are listed.
    3. Ensure firewall settings on the Deco are not blocking incoming connections.
