Hi sportsguy1 can you try logging out of the box and relog in? You can do so via: settings -> account information -> switch account -> log out
Let me know if it changes anything after you relog!

9/13/24 still waiting for the 21T tuner to start with My Favorites when turned on. Interestingly the online app is able to open with My Favorites. Too bad two separate crews are doing software programming.
Reminder it worked well from February until the July 2024 update.
