Service in area for tv
Why is it when I live in a city that I cannot get Telus TV when three blocks away they can but there’s no service in my area and I’m stuck with competitor
Tooter We are customers only on here. Do you have telus internet ? If yes you should be able to get some type of tv service. Internet service only goes x miles from their substation but phone goes further. The service 3 blocks away fiber or copper? You might be outside containment area. If older sub change to fiber unknown time frame. I assume you tried the SHOP at top of this page. Also upgrading substation could be in the works? Have you tried phoning in?
