Series recordings disappear

This keeps happening to me. It’s extremely frustrating. I sometimes don’t realize it for a few weeks. I go to the app, find the show, and it’s no longer shown as being recorded.

Hello MamaJ, were you able to troubleshoot this issue with our support team before? What have you done so far in terms of tests?
- The only troubleshooting I’ve done is to set recording again.
