Rural Fibreoptic

Hi there,

Is there any way to get on a list for consideration for fibreoptic upgrading?  We live rural in a small hamlet with about 30 properties, no Internet at all.  We have the Telus Rural Hub plans but the speeds are dreadful because the cell tower is too high up and mainly focused on the highway.  We live literally a couple hundred metres from the main fibreoptic line running up a part of the Province and just need to be tapped into it but nobody at Telus knows who to talk to about seeing if they even know we are here.  Thanks for anyone who has a contact...call customer service ends up with nothing.
