Community Power UserThe single wire pair phone jacks and two wire pair cables should work fine together. I just wouldn't couple two RJ11 cables together though. Just get one longer one. The couplers can sometimes be problematic.
The single wire pair RJ11 cables are very old. I don't think I've seen one in many many years. Unless you can find a place with really old stock (like from the 80s or 90s), or you build your own cables, you're likely going to end up with a two pair cable.
