Returning digital box

Hello,

I've tried customer support and the representative has not sent me a Purolator return waybill for the digital box, can I get some help?

How can I return the digital box with the Canada Post strike?

  • I am in the same position and we even discussed the postal strike but I was sent a Canada Post email.

    The team member you spoke with should have arranged for a Purolator email to get sent to you. Did you check your spam/junk folders just in case?
