Replay on Browser not working.
Recently my Pik Tv no longer enables replay even when logged in.

Chrome Browser (up to date)
I saw something about a 'software update' gone wrong. Is this going to be fixed?

Due to a back-end server upgrade, the team had to temporarily turn off restart functionality for telustvplus.com. We don't have exact timing when it will be turned back on, but for now, you can still access restart programs on the TELUS TV+ app on other platforms (mobile, Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, set-top box).
Many programs are available within a day On Demand, or you can set a recording that can be watched on compatible devices.

I don't have a set top box or PVR. On a fixed income and using my computer (ancient relic) along with internet for good for seniors. Not everyone retires rich. Most of what I watch isn't available on demand, such as the news and some movies. Oh, well. As long as it isn't permanent.

This may be an issue for our Tech Support team. First however, have you checked that you're using a compatible browser? Pik TV is not supported on IE, so it'd have to be something else like Chrome, MS Edge, or Safari on a Mac.

As I said in my post, Windows 10 and Chrome (up to date).
Chrome is up to dateVersion 138.0.7204.158 (Official Build) (64-bit)It was working up till a few days ago. I tried under edge as well, no difference. Cleared cookies and cache, no change. Logged off and signed in again. No change. Could not find any entry to tech support which is why I put it out here.- KHR
