Renewal after the initial two years
Planning ahead. I just realized I have not had anything to bitch about for some time. Posted in the TV forum so this is not about house or cell phones. Has anyone renewed their contract willing...
Did pretty good. went from copper internet 100 with pick 8 with Crave to fibre gigabit with 1 premium with 7 picks for 10 dollars more a month. About $160 a month pre taxes.
I have been with Telus for maybe 16 years, and get a new contract every two years. But, I always ask to speak with someone on the Loyalty Team to negotiate the new contract, a few weeks before the anniversary date. That way I never pay the full price for the services I get. Currently I pay about 50% of what would be the full price.
