Renewal after the initial two years
Planning ahead. I just realized I have not had anything to bitch about for some time. Posted in the TV forum so this is not about house or cell phones. Has anyone renewed their contract willing...
I have been with Telus for maybe 16 years, and get a new contract every two years. But, I always ask to speak with someone on the Loyalty Team to negotiate the new contract, a few weeks before the anniversary date. That way I never pay the full price for the services I get. Currently I pay about 50% of what would be the full price.
