Renew after two year ends

Great news. Telus loyalty called and resolved the issue to my total satisfaction. It was a head scratcher for sure why the previous support ended with nothing but an alteration to my existing contract.
For those keeping track, I now have a new two year contract for less than the past two years. Nothing special, it is available for all that ask. They are looking for loyal customers and letting the others pay more.
Kudos to Thomas from Guatemala , I was supposed to get a survey to rate the call, but did not get one.

I waited until 5pm yesterday for a reply from Telus on the app messages. Nothing heard as of now, so I went into the app again yesterday and arranged a schedule call about 4pm today.
If only the website My Telus would work properly I would be able to self serve. Imagine, I have a problem renewing my service, one would think that should be welcomed by Telus.
