Recycle e-Mail Address
Would anyone know the Telus policy on recycling old e-mail addresses? Do they do it, if so after how long?
Hey! If it's within the first 20 days, a full restoral can be done, within 18 months we can restore but no messages/data can be recovered. Obviously both options can only be done for the same customer who initially had the mailbox. After 18 months it's not doable at all, and no they won't be recycled.
