really really bad service

I am shocked that Telus had me on hold for over 3 hours / 3 agents then hung up on my call.

This is just to find out the status of a delivery OMG OMG OMG

I cant beleive the incredibly [poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi zen1502 that's definitely not the standard we want our customers to experience. Were you able to get an answer to your issue?

      No I was too frustrated to call back. In addition, I could not devote additional time.
      If a tech could arrange to call me at a prearranged time that would be great.
