question regarding the green boxes in the neighborhood

I also have 2 of these Telus telephone boxes in our yard and seems like they are not functioning anymore. It's been on our backyard over 20 years. Wondering if Telus can come and take it away. They are not exactly green but look more like grey. Please advise us as to what department of Telus I can contact?
clayman2000 If you are in an underground subdivision they are active and feed the area. They are on right of way.
