PureFiber 3G Not working properly

I had Telus install their new PureFiber 3G in my house 10 days ago and it hasn't worked properly since. My internet goes down at least 5 times per day. This is unacceptable for a person who works from home. I have tried to get a solution from Telus but every time you reach out to them to discuss that their proposed fix didn't work, you have to start the conversation all over again. Its like they have no idea they have been working on getting this fixed for 10 days now. Not sure how to get this rectified other than to have it completely removed and find another solution else where. Anyone know any paths that I could follow to get this escalated?

  • Telus finally got in touch with me and found a configuration issue on the modem. It has been fine since they corrected the error.

      That’s great! Telus is good if you can find the right person to complain to!

  • 3G ends life July 31st. Many companies are doing it early to beat the rush.

    Could that be the cause?

      I think he means Internet 3G or 3000.

    Go to the CCTS and file a complaint, they will have it fixed. We had the same problem and now that we have a wifi extender, all is good!
