Profiles and Recordings Deleted
Appears there's been a recent update: App version: 1.26.3.200 Config timestamp: 2026-02-11... The two account profiles that were on the my Home bar settings are gone... deleted? And all recordin...

The team has pushed an update to resolve the issue with disappearing profiles; you may need to reboot the box for the change to take effect. They are still working on fixing the inability to change profiles.

Optik TV box... guessing it's kaput. I will try factory reset as last effort to correct this issue. Failing that, call in for replacement box.

10 days agoCan you please check telustvplus.com? If you don't see profiles or missing recordings there, it's unlikely that it's an equipment issue.

The profile "icon" is also missing from our telus TV and we cannot change to a different profile. I did go to telustvplus.com, I can see the different profiles there, with the recordings. How do we get the profile icon back on the TV?

You could try logging out of the TELUS TV Digital Box and logging back in (Settings > Account information > Switch account). This has worked for some users and is less drastic than a factory reset. The team is aware of the issue and are working on a resolution; but note that it is software-related so a replacement set-top box won't help.

Logged out, then logged back in. Profile icon is back, all the profiles show, but cannot switch. Stuck on only one profile, does not allow me to change to a different one
