Official Support TeamYou're definitely right in that the Boost Wi-Fi Lite requires an Ethernet connection to work. You're missing either a Network Access Hub (NAH) or TELUS Wi-Fi Jack that'd provide that Ethernet port. We can look into getting that done for you.
