port forward issues
Hello, I'm trying to set the port forward on the Telus Wifi Hub (ARCA02238F96). Like, for instance, I want to do the port forward on Private IP: 192.168.1.120 . The booster has IP: 192.168.1....
You can try logging into the GUI by entering 'admin' for the username and the password located under the lid on top of the gateway. Then under the Firewall menu at the top, select Port Forwarding, click Add Rule in the bottom right corner, enter the required port info, and click on Save Settings at the bottom center of the page. See if that works!
I'm having the same issue. My wifi boost 6 is connected directly to my wifi hub via moca. Any new port forwarding attempts are hijacked within 3-5 minutes by the booster's ip address. I logged into the booster's firmware and can see that it is in bridge mode. I'm not sure what to do. Were u able to fix the issue in any way?
also im not sure if it makes a difference but my booster's admin page does not allow me to do any real port forwarding config or anything like that. I've included what the dashboard looks like
