The panel left on the ground and the rest of the mess was finally attended today by actual Telus tech Vahid, not a contractor that had messed earlier. It turned out that the panel cover could be inserted and left unlocked in the absence of the special locking key.
Vahid also checked the huge casing gap on the back-alley pole (still duct-taped over), explained it was handled by an other group but committed flagging them the problem. I trust it will come true some day and will close this. What a relief...

Official Support TeamTry from a desktop browser. When logged in and replying, above the field to reply there is a small camera icon that you can select, and then if you choose 'From Computer' it'll let you navigate to where the image is to upload it.
This can be done when replying to a private message as well. There'll be a little camera icon directly underneath the field where you type in your message.
