Pixelated tv
I have Pure Fibre Telus Optik TV. For the last month or so, the tv shows on live tv and recorded shows get pixelated. Especially on the people's faces. I have a Telus Router and Telus PVR. My TV is from 2019. My e-mail: <Admin edit: removed personal info>

Pixelation could happen (very rarely and temporarily) but it shouldn't be a regular thing like you're experiencing. Are you using wireless or hardwired set top boxes?
- Thank you for your reply.The Router and the PVR are connected by an Ethernet cable, if that is what you mean.
Retired telus fiber TV tech. Reboot your router every 3 months by unplugging the power to it for 1 minute based upon a watch. If possible if you have another ethernet try replacing it. What is your ethernet cat? Ie cat 5 , cat 6, cat 7 etc. Tech support should check light levels. We also have a option where we can use the camera in your cellphone to see what is going on. We can also check for channel issues. I think you're using hdmi. Try another hdmi port change input setting to match the new port. We can also send a replacement hdmi. If you have another hdmi cable try that.
