Community Power UserFor enterphone systems it could be a problem with either the phone itself or the enterphone not correctly recognizing the tone. Are you using a landline or a cell phone? If it's a landline, do you have any other sets that you could try to see if it is an issue with the first one?
I've tried on the house phone and the cell phone. Normally, all of them connect just fine and open the gate but, right now, none of them connect.

If it's multiple separate phones that are affected, it may be more likely that it's something with the enterphone system. Do you know if any of your neighbors are having the same issue? It may be an idea to reach out to your property manager / strata / condo board just in case it is something with the enterphone.
