Pay for 500Mb but get 50-80... daily reboot

Every single day, sometimes multiple times through the day, I have to hard reboot the entire system as the speed gets throttled down... slow enough to cause conference call issues.   Their auto-fix...

Wired or wireless? If wireless there are many factors that can affect your speed. Need more information about your equipment/configuration.

Wired direct to device. Nothing between the desktop and the router. Wireless speeds on other devices track.

    What router and device? Maybe a bad cable?

      The flatish white telus router. Not a cable issue as the entire system tracks and there are multiple (5) cat6 cables coming from it to various places in the house. Plus, speed is fine for a few hours, then craters.
