Optik TV Upgrade
I received an email saying that I qualified to update my Telus digital box. I thought oh great filled out the form and hit send me new boxes with the warning the old boxes will stop working two weeks...
I agree with all of the above, plus I’ve lost any free preview channels (was enjoying all the W channel’s cheesy Christmas movies). I felt pressured by Telus via texts and emails to upgrade, and hugely regret it. Definitely feels like a DOWNgrade, not an upgrade. Boo Telus.
