Optik TV Remote control of Onkyo volume
How to I get the remote to control the volume on my Onkyo receiver? It used to work. I had to do a factory reset on the Telus box and now can't get it to control the volume on my Onkyo home theatre system. Any help is appreciated!

Hey bishopm - did a technician set up the remote to work with your receiver, or did you do it initially?
