Optik TV freezes over night.
Has anyone else, turned their tv off an night, and then the next morning, when you turn it back on, the time on the guide is frozen at 2:00am (or another weird time) and you can’t change channels or ...

6 months agoHi! Power cycle: Continue unplugging the Optik box, waiting for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in. This is often the most effective solution.
Check connections: Ensure all cables are securely connected to your Optik box and TV.
Update software: Make sure your Optik box has the latest software updates.
Factory reset: If the problem persists, you may need to perform a factory reset on your Optik box (note: this will erase your recordings and settings).
