Official Support TeamHi! Power cycle: Continue unplugging the Optik box, waiting for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in. This is often the most effective solution.
Check connections: Ensure all cables are securely connected to your Optik box and TV.
Update software: Make sure your Optik box has the latest software updates.
Factory reset: If the problem persists, you may need to perform a factory reset on your Optik box (note: this will erase your recordings and settings).
