If it's the same situation for you, then I am 99% sure someone did some kind of strange update that messed up something for certain TVs, and they patched it.

I am experiencing this on my LG tv now and have swapped cables, swapped boxes. Been working for years up to just today of never coming back up on the tv, no signal. Did anyone solve this?

Here are a few steps you can try:
1️. Ensure your TV is on the correct HDMI input.
2️. Unplug your Optik TV box and TV from power for 60 seconds, then plug them back in.
3️. Try a different HDMI port on your TV.
4️. If possible, test the Optik TV box on another TV to see if the issue persists.If the problem continues, please send us a private message, and we’ll see how we can help.

Definitely interested. I’ve been dealing with this situation for months now, swapped boxes, cables, power supplies, it still happens. I’m so frustrated at this point I’m considering the smokin’ offer I just got from Rogers. Any info to keep me here?
