Optik TV app restart feature
The restart feature doesn't seem to be available. I called tech support last week and they said they would "escalate" the issue, but after 5 days I still haven't heard. I can use on the physical tv but not on my computer... can't restart a show or view from the past 24 hours even tho the help/support pages still say this feature is current. Please advise.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Due to a back-end server upgrade, the team had to temporarily turn off restart functionality for telustvplus.com. We don't have exact timing when it will be turned back on, but for now, you can still access restart programs on the TELUS TV+ app on other platforms (mobile, Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, set-top box).
Many programs are available within a day On Demand, or you can set a recording that can be watched on compatible devices.
