Optik TV app not working.

I have Optik TV on my account for 2 units, the one is Core + 1 premium, and my main is 4 theme packs and 2 premium. On my phone, the main TV, and my kids phone all channels work. My husband's phone and the other TV the sports channels say we don't have a subscription which we do. We have deleted the app, cleared cache and cookies, logged out and back in, and even tried different profiles and its still the same issue. Anyone else experienced this and know how to fix it?

  • You answered your own question, the 2nd has Core + 1 premium. Obviously, it does not include sports in that programmed plan. Telus is odd sometimes in that all our devices that can access the internet can get all of the primary plan.

    Not sure why one phone does not have sports.
