OPTIK Internet 1.5 GIGA (Unlimited data)

I'm paying for Internet OPTIK 1.5 GIGA speeds and only getting maybe 2/3 of that roughly 930M on  Downloads and 920 on Uploads...I understand that those are the Max Speeds but I would think that my speed should be within 200-300M of the max.

I was going to upgrade to PureFibre X 3.0 GIGA V1 but my speed is below even the max on Internet OPTIK 1.5 GIGA so why would I pay to maybe get 1.5G for PureFibre X 3.0 GIGA V1 as it seems you max out at the previous Tiers Max Speeds

Oh and that is using a wired connection directly to the Telus Router. The speed is even below that for Wireless 535.14 Download and 363.41 for Uploads on a wireless connection to the Telus Router and only the laptop on the network.
