Optic box intermittent
4K box working intermittently for a week; Telus tech tested every aspect and seemed to have sorted itself out UNTIL the very next time. Won’t respond to remote, manual on/off. It is connected to 15 year old Onkyo audio system-can this be the problem?? Wifi is line of sight so has strong signal, speed from system excellent, etc etc. any thoughts????

Hi JD2323 - Can you include more details? Is your issue that you press a button on your remote and the box does not react to the remote?
