No WiFi Password Change Option on Connect

When I log into Telus Connect, I do not see the edit pencil to change my WiFi password. I hear that there is another way but I cannot find the admin password on my NAH equipment. I do have the admin password on my Boost Wi-Fi 7, but I'm not sure I can use that. 

 It's been 5 days since I had the equipment installed so I was told that the edit would be possible on Telus Connect.

    Not yet, but I changed the WiFi name and password on a support call. Was told I would not see the edit button because I have newer Boost Wi-Fi 7 equipment, whatever that means. Anyway, the Telus support agent was very good. Logged me into a web site where I could set the new WiFi name and password.

        Glad to hear AirGordon! The Boost Wi-Fi 7 is just the name of our latest generation access point but we are glad to hear that our technical support agent was able to help!
