No video, but yes sound on TV

My Optik TV will turn on and the "Telus" and "Android TV" loading screens are visible, but then when it has booted up and the TV is playing I cannot see any video, but can hear. I unplugged and waite...

You could try unplugging the Optik TV box for 30 seconds. Also check that the HDMI cables are properly connected.

    I had issues with no picture but sound and the problem was related to the HDCP version setting on my Yamaha receiver (both the Optik box and the TV are connected to this). This setting is used for copy protection/DRM and if I had it set to Auto I only got sound. If I changed it to 1.4 everything worked as expected. I would check if possibly this setting is coming into play in your configuration.

      After doing some research I think there is an issue with the hdmi ports
