No remotes with replacement UIW4001(e) & UIW8001.

Since Telus did not send out new remotes with my UIW4001(e) & UIW8001 boxes when upgrading from the old Cisco CIS430 & CIS330 boxes, which are really old boxes, I was wondering what remotes to get and where (ideally locally in Vancouver). Also has anyone connected one of these boxes to an old TV using some sort of adapter using old analog ports (like composite red+white+yellow ports or component ports)?
