No one answer support phone or chat
I have called last week to schedule a service termination with partial fee, and this week I still get fully charged. Been on the phone waiting for someone to answer for hours and no one answers the...

Retired telus customer service rep. Yes we do answer the phone but I very strongly disagree with management about using AI. they haven't set it to make it crystal clear on how to speak to us , samething with chat. It should have been explained about cancelation being done on your billing date and what a final bill will look like.

Sounds like what happened to me when my cell phone balance went wonky (which you can read about here). My attempts at calling Customer Service, on my cell and, then land line (which is part of a different provider) went nowhere, as I kept running into the AI bots, that kept telling me a needed to follow some link, before hanging up on me!
I'm going to be brutally honest here, this is the most appalling service I've ever experienced and I have to get on my knees and thank God that my cell phone is the only thing I have to worry about in regards to Telus (my aforementioned land line, Internet, and television is with another provider which is, IMO, a lot more reliable, at least with them I can reach an actual human being if I need to). I've read the horror stories, in these forums, that other Telus members have gone through in regards to trying to reach a human at Customer Service. IMO, changes are needed, or you're going to start losing customers.
