Haven’t had internet for over a week. Have received bad service. Other people will have to hear my story if Telus doesn’t care…

Still not working. Haven’t had internet for 12 days now. Almost two weeks. Nobody seems to be able to fix it or want to.

Definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Have you tried rebooting your equipment or checking with our Tech Support team to see if there's a network issue in your area?
