this is the second time this has happened to me, likely the last. The previous time was for days. The outage does not show up in their outage map and no notice or indication of when it will be restored.
Starlink looks better all the time.
- Thank you for your feedback. This is insane and you are right, it does not show up on their outage map. The AI reset instructions are useless as well. I'm completely shocked that I can't even get a hold of a person because the office is closed. Ok. Fine. It's closed, but when does it open??!! So frustrated.
Yes, last time it happened to me I tried for 3 days to contact someone, finally ended up contacting the business group and they helped.
just ordered Starlink to get rid of this ****.
