New install of UIW4001(e) box on T1200H router

Can a UIW41001(e) digital box be paired with an Actiontec T1200H router using WPS? I have been trying to get the two paired but cannot, and I suspect it is because the 4001 is using 5Ghz frequency w...

Are we talking about Accounts department to swap out the T1200H router for something newer  OR Tech Support department to help swap from the T1200H to T3200M router?
