Hello! I have Netflix as part of my Optik package. Is there a way to sign into the Netflix app on my phone so I can watch when I’m not at home? Thank you!

Hi there! Yes, you can sign in to the Netflix app on your phone using the same Netflix account that's included with your Optik TV package. If you haven't already created or linked your Netflix account, you can do so through your My TELUS account under Optik TV Add-ons. Once that's set up, just use those same login credentials in the Netflix app on your mobile device and you’ll be good to go.
