Netflix size on Samsung
when I run Netflix through the Telus remote the picture is absolutely huge. Can't see the upper or side menus. Pic seems OK when a movie is selected and played. Resolution is what it should be when...

Official Support TeamHi Urbanmisfit - Check the Netflix settings to see if the picture being used is not stretched or using a different resolution than your native one. If that doesn't help, try factory-resetting your TV box and try again
Tried everything. Netflix only works properly when connected to the web through the TV using the Samsung remote as well when streaming from my laptop. TV picture size adustments/zoom work as intended.

Do you have our newest digital Optik boxes or our classic PVR/STB?
No idea. It's round and white: 5in X 8 in tall and smarter than me
