Need more wired lan ports
I am running cable for a new wired desktop. I was going to go from the existing telus device and add a switch where one one the current devices are. There are four existing ports all in use. Teo lines...
They appear to be a terminus for Ethernet, so a standard Ethernet cable can be plugged into it. Two in, two out.

Community Power UserYou could put a switch between one of the ports on the existing router and the four ethernet lines you describe. You would then have three ports on the router to use as you please.
