My telus website
We are not able to login to mytelus on our computers or phone. It has been blocked. 2 months ago I spent 2 hours on the phone to cancel the home phone. We never ordered it. They sent me to 4 differe...
This is now a normal occurance.
The perfectly working My Telus web page was upgraded and many reported this same problem.
I lost access to my Optik portion. But I got lucky with the tech I was talking to believed me. At his end it was working correctly. He tag teamed with someone else and they did multiple things at their end and asked me to check, finally it is now working. In the end no one knew what made it work again.
Anyone else wonder why Microsoft is always updating? If they are having instability, why expect less from Telus or any other tech based operating system.
