My Telus Connect App
Need to have this working for when the tech comes tomorrow morning but I keep getting the error "oops...unable to login to this app with your My Account settings. Please try another account" I have....

Hello. I am also having difficulty with my Telus Connect App. This morning (June. 1. 2026) I called into customer support (a horrible service) and after 48 minutes on the phone and speaking with 3 different people, I was told that the Telus is having difficulty with the Telus Connect App and the App will be down for a few months with no access available. When I read your message, I was unexpectedly shocked, because of my experience with their customer service. Truly unbelievable

22 days agoNot sure why you were told that, as the Connect app is definitely not going to be 'down for a few months with no access available'. There are currently some intermittent backend syncing issues we've seen for certain users (specifically regarding hardware syncing, device pausing, and profile management) but nothing across the board. What specific issue are you having with the app? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?
