My Favourite channels
why do I have to keep choosing my Favourites after turning off the TV , when I turn on the TV the guide is back to My Subscribed channels
It’s only slightly better in non peak hrs

- Wifi Installer did not connect Earth net
Since I only have 50Mbps apparently 24+ is good for upload. We are on copper Optic Fibre is not in our buildingGary50MBPS? I thought went away withthe DODO bird. Even copper has 150 minimum. something is not right.
I subscribe for 250 and just now have 277.55 down and 342.79 up.
Install an ethernet cable to the TelusTV-21T, save WIFI for devices not beside the modem/router

Thanks Gary. You don't need a technician to purchase an ethernet cable and connect it to the modem from your laptop. This method will give you the fastest speeds possible if you are willing to be limited by the length of the cable
- the technician told me when he did the install there was no need for an Earth-net connectionGary
