Migration to Gamil
I finished the migration to gmail and found that Outlook now locks up and I am unable to export my contacts to gmail. Gmail does not allow me to forward emails to more than one account even though it says I can by creating a rule. All in all gmail is a very poor replacement for Outlook. Another example of a downgrade instead of an upgrade.

I have the same issue. Telus is acting like a clown show by not managing this properly. They are going to lose customers who don't want an imposed migration to different email systems. I've used Outlook for 20 years and I don't want to change. Heads should roll for those who mismanaged this.
Gmail is a big step down from using Outlook! I tried Gmail and found it really lacking in features so I set up Outlook again. Although registered as I was with the G Suite now I can't even get to it in the web browser to see if I can change any settings. What a Mickey Mouse affair!
