May 3 Sony update white screen

This isn’t the experience we want for you. Please try the following steps: Power cycle your digital box and modem — unplug both for 30 seconds, then plug the modem back in first and wait for it to fully reconnect before plugging in the digital box.
- Check HDMI input settings on your TV to make sure it's set to the correct source.
