Loyalty Department

Four times I have been put through to the  ""loyalty /retention "" department only to be put on hold for a total including today of 55 mins.....can you fix it please so I can talk to someone who cares ??

  • Thank you so much for the reply.....I am a pensioner on Internet for life plan...I recently received an increase in  Optik part of my bill...granted it was only five dollars but it's the fourth increase I've had this month and it all adds up..so I have to make a choice...I asked if there was a way around this (I've been a customer when you were AGT...probably before you were born AND I was a contracted employee ) and was Xferred to the ""retention/lolyalty"" department as I wanted to cancel the whole Optik thing.....that's when the trouble started...the initial service agent  told me he would call me back if I didn't get through...still waiting a day later...assistance would be greatly appreciated...I'm extremely happy with Telus but not with the support !!
