Fill in the "NPA" section with your area code then the next 3 digits in your phone number in the "NXX" field then click "Submit". Click on the line that matches your area code + next 3 digits and you'll see a list of numbers considered "local" to you. Any sequence not listed here will be considered outside of your local calling area (therefore long distance).
