Latency spikes to first hop
Good morning. The short version is that I'm experiencing large spikes in latency to the first hop past my modem. Below is the output of WinMTR. Host % Sent Recv Best Avrg Wrst Last ...
Issue solved. Second modem replacement did the trick.

I've tried four cables, ranging from 1ft to 50ft, I haven't seen any difference from switching them out.
